Jerry Adlersfluegel's Photography    

Jerry Adlersfluegel is my grandpa, but he is also a photographer and has been for many years. He started photography in 1979 whe he was 32. He was in a one man operation, so he worked alone. Jerry started out of home where he set up a dark room in a utility room. He processed film, and costom printed enlargement, including color photography. Color photography was not common for an in home dark room. People began hiring him for weddings and other events, and copy work, copying old photos and making reproductions of those photos. As his business grew he needed to have more space including studio space for portrated and family photos. Jerry said that he “also badly needed was an expansion of my dark room work, leaving up to a custom photo lab with 6 enlargers and two print processors one for color and one for black and white.” After 23 years he continued to do photography as a
